SAY NO TO POWDERED MILK! Often times, string cheese is made from powdered milk, resulting in a much cheaper, bland tasting cheese. Cheese Jerky® is Made with REAL MILK from Wisconsin Cows! We use Grade A Milk from cows that owned by the Cheese plant! The milk is piped directly into the plant so the Cheese is incredibly fresh and second to none!
NO JERKY FROM KNUCKLES, GRISSLE, OR TENDONS! There are companys that supply jerky bits, that are basically leftovers that aren't good enough to go into a bag of jerky. While they are much less expensive, they are also much less consistent in terms of quality and size. We use Premium Jerky from whole Muscles! Imagine the top of the line jerky on the shelf. We take that beautiful product, and shred it up for Cheese Jerky®!
