TX - Okay, so about the cheese jerky: it is simply incredible. That may seem like too "big" of a word to describe it, but the reaction I got from people who tried it was pretty incredible. So I was talking up cheese jerky to people at work for quite awhile. They were all very skeptical of the whole cheese jerky idea & thought i was just trying to be funny, etc (i got a lot of half-laugh & rolling of the eyes). But then I delivered on the goods! They looked at it, saw it was a legitimate product & tore into it. The break room in that physical therapy clinic exploded with one of the therapists and the office manager yelling out in thick Texan accents "Oh my god Betsy- this is SO good! Where did you get it again?? Wait, they make a PEPPERED cheese jerky too?!" Seriously - it was crazy how much everyone liked it. Two of the women who work in the office were talking about getting a bunch of people to pool their money together to get a bunch of Cheese Jerky shipped to them. Oh yeah, I really enjoyed it too! -- Even my boyfriend who is the most picky eater I know is asking when we're getting more. :) Betsy R.

UT - When I first heard about this product, I thought, "who would want to eat dried cheese?" Little did I know that it deliciously combined two of my great loves: cheese and beef jerky.
